## Overview

Product Development and Engineering

## What is it?

Product Studio at Metaborong is product engineering for founders building from zero. One senior team owns the work from architecture through deployment across the full lifecycle: product discovery, then MVP, SaaS, web, and mobile builds, then the cloud, DevOps, and design that keep a product shippable as it scales. Multi-tenancy, billing, and observability are baked in from week one.

## Product Studio · Discover

Discovery and validation before a line of production code: problem framing, customer evidence, and a clickable prototype that de-risks the build.

- [Product Discovery](https://www.metaborong.com/services/product-studio/product-discovery): Problem framing, customer evidence, and a clickable prototype that de-risks the build before engineering starts.

## Product Studio · Build

The product itself, shipped end-to-end by one senior team: MVP, SaaS, web, and mobile builds with multi-tenancy, billing, and observability baked in from week one.

- [MVP Development](https://www.metaborong.com/services/product-studio/mvp-development): Zero-to-launch product builds - founder-led scope through first paying users.
- [SaaS Development](https://www.metaborong.com/services/product-studio/saas-development): End-to-end SaaS builds with multi-tenancy, billing, and observability baked in.
- [Web Application Development](https://www.metaborong.com/services/product-studio/web-application-development): Production web apps in React and Next.js, accessible and fast from the first deploy.
- [Mobile App Development](https://www.metaborong.com/services/product-studio/mobile-app-development): Cross-platform mobile apps from one codebase across iOS and Android.

## Product Studio · Scale

The disciplines that keep a product shippable as it grows: cloud and DevOps engineering, plus the product and web design systems your team owns.

- [Cloud & DevOps Engineering](https://www.metaborong.com/services/product-studio/cloud-devops-engineering): CI/CD, observability, and cloud infrastructure that make shipping and scaling routine.
- [UI/UX & Web Design](https://www.metaborong.com/services/product-studio/ux-ui-web-design): Product UX and web design your team owns - shipped as a living, token-driven system, not a static file.

## How we engage

1. **Discover** Problem framing, hypothesis tests, technical feasibility, and a clickable prototype before the build starts.
2. **Build** Architecture, engineering, design, and deployment from one senior team: through to first paying users.
3. **Ship & Iterate** Production support, feature roadmap, and the iteration loop teams need post-launch.

## FAQ

### Do you work with non-technical founders?

Yes: that is the core buyer for the pillar. We translate founder intent into architecture, scope, and milestones, and we communicate trade-offs in plain language. Founders are in the room for every architecture call.

### Who owns the IP and the codebase?

You do. Every engagement transfers full IP ownership of the code, design, and infrastructure to the engaging team. Source is in your repository, in your cloud account, under your team's control from day one.

### How long does an MVP typically take?

Discovery is one to two weeks. A focused MVP build runs six to twelve weeks depending on scope. SaaS and B2B multi-tenant platforms run longer: fourteen to twenty weeks is the typical band when the scope includes enterprise-readiness defaults.

### What is in scope for a build?

Architecture, engineering, design, deployment, observability, billing where the product needs it, and the operational defaults enterprise procurement asks about. One senior team owns all of it: no subcontracting across disciplines.

### Do you help with the next phase after the MVP?

Yes: many teams retain us through v1, v2, and beyond. Product Studio is intentionally focused on new product builds, but ongoing engineering for existing products is handled through direct conversation. Reach us through the contact form.

### What stack do you build on?

Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Postgres or MongoDB depending on the data model. Hosted on Vercel, AWS, or whichever cloud the buyer already runs. We do not change stack on every project, which is how we deliver fast.
