What Metaborong Built
Metaborong engineered SunsetML as a contextual AI writing system built to keep writers in flow, hold their focus, and strip friction from the work. AI lives inside the writing session, not in a separate window: a Contextual PromptBar, live multi-model switching, an adaptive editing environment, real-time collaboration, attachment-aware prompting, and structured workspace management. Metaborong's scope spanned product design, AI integration, and full-stack engineering — the full build.
The Contextual AI PromptBar
The centerpiece is the Contextual PromptBar, an in-flow AI layer embedded directly in the writing session. Instead of opening a separate AI window, a writer highlights text in the editor and acts on it in place. It handles rewriting and paraphrasing, summarization, ideation, custom per-document tone control, and slash-command shortcuts. Attachment-aware processing feeds PDFs and documents straight into prompts, so research never leaves the editor.
Live Multi-Model Switching
SunsetML runs multi-model AI orchestration across GPT-5.5, GPT-5.4 mini, Claude Sonnet 4.6, and Claude Opus 4.7. Writers pick the right model for each task — a fast model for quick edits, a frontier model for hard reasoning — and switch dynamically mid-session without breaking context or rebuilding their prompt environment.
Adaptive Writing Environment
SunsetML's writing environment adapts to each session in real time: dynamic UI theming shifts with writing context, focus-preservation modes minimize visual noise during deep work, and editing controls appear only when needed. Unlike static editors, every element that does not serve active writing stays hidden until it is called.
Real-Time Collaboration Infrastructure
SunsetML gives long-form projects a full collaboration layer. Workspaces and folders organize drafts, research, and publishing pipelines.
